∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field from top tier university
Requirements:

∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, HR, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for recruitment activities for new employees, maintaining HR records & Performance Management System
∎ Assist in formulating & Reviewing of all HR Policies ensuring compliance with labour laws & regulations and local government office
∎ Manage plant office, facility supplies including canteen & dormitory related supports and scrap management of the plant
∎ Coordinate personnel access to the plant, security protocols, transportation for employees, travel arrangements required for plant-related events or meetings etc.
∎ Maintain internal communication channels, including memos, notices, and updates to employees regarding plant policies, procedures, and events
∎ Job function : HR & Admin
∎ Location : National Special Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram
∎ Job responsibilities :
