Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Major-Apparel Manufacturing Technology).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target;
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders;
∎ Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment;
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
∎ Prepare the Master cutting plan for the centralized cutting unit;
∎ Capacity planning & forecasting, identify bottle necks in cutting process;
∎ Prepare the daily/weekly fabric inspection plans, fabric issuing plans;
∎ Monitor each style/order and ensure the correct PO’s are cut and loaded;
∎ Monitor & control daily/weekly cut work WIP and make sure sewing lines are fed without interruptions;
∎ Closely liaising with sewing planners, Merchandiwzers and ensure that the material flows are supported to execute plans.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Good efficiency in computer literacy.
∎ Very good interpersonal skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Woven Shirt Factory.

Salary: Negotiable
