Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring a high level of productivity through the application of industrial engineering techniques.
∎ Analyzing the construction of the garment with sample section for production feasibility and optional sewing methods.
∎ Planning and analyzing new projects with department head to facilitate plant operations and to increase productivity.
∎ Preparing machine and attachment requirement list by Visual Analyisi System and coordinating with mechanical team among the group to full fill the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the operation wise skill requirements for upcoming style in advance by Visual Analysis System.
∎ Providing SAM & Targets for planning department and ensuring bulletin targets are set and achieved based on the CM and Lines cost.
∎ Monitoring the line layout to ensure only minimum drop in the efficiency levels during a style change and assisting line balancing. (Assign and monitoring the change over team)
∎ Implementing, monitoring, and improving methods, carrying-out time, motion and capacity studies on the identified operations to set standards, identifying potential and continuously enhancing the productivity.
∎ Monitoring the efficiency and performance of the workers. Motivating, identifying training needs and ensuring that the performance is at the required level.
∎ Monitoring the incentive scheme and ensuring the payments of correct incentives.
∎ Monitoring and controlling the manning for relevant departments.
∎ Monitoring, guiding and training management trainees, executives, senior executives and asst. managers.
∎ Conducting training workshops to train Industrial Engineering production personals such as line chief’s and supervisors on industrial engineering techniques.
∎ Process Development & Re-engineering.
