Responsibilities & Context:

Sr. Executive, HRM (HR Head)

Job Summary

The Senior Executive, HRM will be responsible for recruitment, employee policy implementation, KPI and payroll monitoring, documentation, and timely disciplinary actions. This role ensures an ethical, performance-oriented, and knowledge-driven workforce culture at Leadswin Limited.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Plan and execute talent acquisition aligned with the company’s needs.

Conduct job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection.

Ensure structured onboarding and maintain digital employee records.

2. Policy Implementation

Maintain company HR policies in line with Leadswin’s SOPs and values.

Orient employees about their rights, responsibilities, and conduct.

Update HR handbooks and conduct policy awareness sessions.

3. KPI & Performance Monitoring

Assist departments in defining KPIs for all roles.

Collect and verify monthly KPI sheets from all teams.

Identify low performance and initiate corrective actions.

4. Payroll & Attendance Oversight

Monitor salary processing, overtime, and adjustments.

Supervise attendance, leave records, and monthly summaries.

Coordinate with Accounts for timely payroll disbursement.

5. Disciplinary Process & Grievance Management

Address misconduct and employee complaints with confidentiality.

Issue verbal/written warnings or termination letters as per policy.

Maintain documentation of all disciplinary actions.

6. Legal & Ethical Compliance

Ensure HR practices are aligned with Bangladesh’s Intellectual Labor Policy.

Promote performance, dignity, and professionalism—avoiding traditional labor union approaches.

Maintain neutrality, ethics, and confidentiality at all times.

7. Documentation & HR Record Management

Maintain complete employee files (digital & hardcopy).

Archive appointment, confirmation, evaluation, promotion, and resignation documents properly.
