Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Candidates must have completed Bachelor/Masters in HRM from any reputed university

  • PGD in Compliance or PGD in HRM is preferable



Requirements:

Skills Required: Environmental Audit,Social Audit

Additional Requirements:
  • Should have knowledge in Social Audit, Environmental Audit and all products certificate audit.

  • Sound knowledge of labor law and factory administration.

  • Good team player, dynamic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.

  • Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Must be able to stay near factory.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.

  • To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.

  • To make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system

  • To prepare and organize the factories according to buyer`s standards

  • To perform day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, handling grievance according to labor law.

  • To maintain outside liaison with Govt. and non Govt. organization.

  • To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.

  • To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.

  • To maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.

  • To develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives.

  • To participate in Opening and Closing as per roaster made by factory Management.

  • To motivate, counsel the staffs for ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.

  • To perform special tasks or analysis as assigned by Management.
