Responsibilities & Context:
  • Recruitment, selection, orientation

  • Background check and training procedure maintaining.

  • Implementation of various HR related policies, orders and directives on behalf of the management.

  • Ensuring office/ factory discipline, punctuality, decorum including dress, cleanliness etc.

  • Cooperation and coordination with other departments in HR related matters.

  • Maintenance of HR information system (HRIS) i.e. employee info, leave, roster-work group, OT and PF, prepare salary, bonus, increments etc.

  • Monitoring employee’s attendance - factory entry and exit.

  • Prepare offer letter, appointment letter, indemnity bond, confirmation letter, promotion letter, increment letter, transfer letter, termination letter, release letter, other disciplinary letters and notice for employee etc.

  • Follow up any assignment given by higher authority at any time.

  • Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.

  • Developing and maintaining staff orientation and training program as required.

  • Staff counselling arrange periodical open discussion with employee’s accordance with company policy.

  • Prepare employees ML bill & PF bill as per company policy.

  • Preparing ISO and EMV related documents and submitting it to auditor.

  • Maintaining performance appraisal record and process accordingly.

  • Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement.

  • Customer support to bank. All Bank inventory report send to the respective bank personnel every day.

  • Any other job assigned by top management.
