Responsibilities & Context:
Farisha Hotel & Resort is seeking a skilled IT Officer
Ensure all troubleshooting related to user computing.
Ensure proper maintenance of all the computers.
Install, Troubleshoot and Resolve the problem of desktop/laptop, server, Barcode Printer, Scanner and network connectivity.
Ensure ERP System running smoothly..·
Testing new technology.·
WAN, LAN, wireless network system, Network storage system Maintenance and·
Troubleshooting, IP Configuring.·
Switch and Router Configuration, Network Cabling.·
CCTV Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Maintain CCTV, DVR, NVR and Cameras and backup whenever necessary.·
Practical knowledge on Windows all Operating System installation and configuration with various software applications.·
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.·
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.·
Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Any other job assigned by the management.
