Job Context:
∎ Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Sr. Executive/ Executive - Production who will take care of the production procedure of our brand "Hashi Khushi". The selected person will report to the Production Manager. Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities and new ideas.
∎ Job Location: Care Nutrition Limited Factory, Nanakhi, Sonargaon
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Follow up daily, monthly and yearly production plan based on sales actual plan.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various control systems where applicable while training on an ongoing basis the production staff on identified needs.
∎ Monitor plant and machinery problems, breakdowns and liaise with maintenance department to resolve all issues.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule and oversee production process.
∎ Ensure proper CIP/COP as per SOP on duty shift. Record inspection data and discuss for remedial action for discrepancies.
∎ Ensuring that production process is according to plan (to set SOPs)
∎ Manage all production stages within defined quality and safety standards.
∎ Effectively manage human and other resources to achieve production targets & continuously motivate the workforce.
∎ Coordinating between different department such as engineering, quality & store for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ Perform such other duties as the Management from time to time may assign.
∎ To ensure finished product handover to store at the end of the shift.
∎ To implement the regulatory guide lines of regulatory agencies. I.e. GMP, GHP, ISO, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ To analyze problems associated with finished products and take corrective measures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Managing Production, Maintenance and Projects
∎ Sound knowledge in FFCG production and process
∎ Sound knowledge on GMP, food safety and hygiene
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office operations and Windows operating system
∎ Willing to work in the shift
