Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having good knowledge of ERP and must have an understanding of business process of the RMG sector.
∎ Assist in the development, oversight, scheduling, testing, and continuous deployment of the business's cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a track record of successfully completing solutions.·
∎ Keep an eye on the ERP system's functionality and fix any issues to ensure prompt resolution & minimal disruption.·
∎ Assist individuals and give ERP technical help while resolving ERP problems.·
∎ Plan and carry out ERP migrations, upgrades, and projects with the lowest level of business disruption possible.
∎ Generate reports and dashboards based on management requirements.
∎ Coordinate with ERP vendors and support teams for bug fixing and enhancements.
