Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Candidate must have prior working experience with RMG Industry

ERP certification (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/Odoo, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of database management

Good command of written and spoken English

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication and training skills.

- Implement, configure, and maintain ERP system according to company needs.
- Coordinate with different departments to identify requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and backup within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors or external consultants for updates, customization, and problem resolution.
- Generate required reports for management decision-making.
