Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in compliance
∎ Skills Required: Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Health safety Management, Labor Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory.
∎ Ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ • Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.
∎ • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative.
∎ Should be proficient in English Speaking and writing.
