To establish employees & departmental KPI align with the PMS (Performance Management System).
To Develop and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.
Total Training and development ensure use right human talent.
To develop and evaluate training and development succession plan.
To initiate organizational development program.
Prepare annual training calendar as per training need assessment.
Develop training material & conduct the training as schedule.
Administers spending against the departmental budget.· Introduce change management through the development program.
Initiate coaching & simulation program for all category of staff as a part of OD (Organization Development).
Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards, visual boards and newsletters.
To develop & revise HR SOP & Policy as per required.
Follow Recruitment align succession planning.
Industrial relation – (Grievance) disciplinary procedure (Staff).
Establish CSR & sustainability activities.
Beside on above, any kinds of responsibilities if management assign should have to maintain.
