Responsibilities & Context:
  • To establish employees & departmental KPI align with the PMS (Performance Management System).

  • To Develop and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.

  • Total Training and development ensure use right human talent.

  • To develop and evaluate training and development succession plan.

  • To initiate organizational development program.

  • Prepare annual training calendar as per training need assessment.

  • Develop training material & conduct the training as schedule.

  • Administers spending against the departmental budget.·         Introduce change management through the development program.

  • Initiate coaching & simulation program for all category of staff as a part of OD (Organization Development).

  • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards, visual boards and newsletters.

  • To develop & revise HR SOP & Policy as per required.

  • Follow Recruitment align succession planning.

  • Industrial relation – (Grievance) disciplinary procedure (Staff).

  • Establish CSR & sustainability activities.

  • Beside on above, any kinds of responsibilities if management assign should have to maintain.
