∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Candidate must have good communication skill on English.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on BLL.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To establish employees & departmental KPI align with the PMS (Performance Management System).
∎ To Develop and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.
∎ Total Training and development ensure the use of the right human talent.
∎ To develop and evaluate training and development succession plan.
∎ To initiate organizational development program.
∎ Prepare annual training calendar as per training need assessment.
∎ Develop training material & conduct the training as scheduled.
∎ Administers spending against the departmental budget.
∎ Introduce change management through the development program.
∎ Initiate coaching & simulation program for all categories of staff as a part of OD (Organization Development).
∎ Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards, visual boards and newsletters.
∎ To develop & revise HR SOP & Policy as per required.
∎ Follow Recruitment align succession planning.
∎ Industrial relations – (Grievance) disciplinary procedure (Staff).
∎ Establish CSR & sustainability activities.
∎ Beside on above, any kinds of responsibilities if management assign should have to maintain.
