∎ M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from any reputed University.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Worked as quality control & quality assurance in order to improve quality.
∎ To perform of preparing all documents to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
∎ Keep all instruments/ Equipment and list of chemicals in operational i.e. Equipment maintenance and submit critical spare parts requisition considering the lead-me.
∎ To perform chemical analysis and physical test of raw materials as per BSTI & BIS Standard.
∎ Check the job of Lab-in-charge, Technicians & Lab helper like raw materials sampling, testing of residue & fineness and other works.
∎ Check compressive strength of cement & Calibration of CST machine.
∎ Check the finished products (random samples) quality against the specified specification of products.
∎ Check standard setting time for finished products so that quality is maintained.
∎ Check & Justify the process ratio in CCR according to test report.
∎ Prepare annual calibration schedule and ensure calibration is carried out on laboratory equipment’s as scheduled.
∎ Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
∎ To prepare quality certificates and monthly activity reports and these are submit to Management.
∎ To ensure the quality of Cement as per BSTI & BIS Standard.
∎ To ensure the more accuracy by Calibrations of all equipment's in Laboratory.
∎ Prepare Lab mini ball mill sample for getting better result & cost analysis.
∎ Monitor chemical analysis of products as per scheme of testing and inspection (STI) of BSTI & BIS. & monitoring BUET test results of cement and raw materials.
∎ Helping the sales department by technical support about quality and communication meet the engineering program as like all govt. civil construction development PWD, RDH, LGED etc. department.
∎ Maintain safety laws & regulation on active supervision to ensure proper consumption of all laboratories chemical, equipment, machinery apparatus and working environments etc.
∎ Perform any other job in the factory as per assigned by the factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Must have at least 05 to 10 years working experience in Quality Control department of Cement Industry
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical ability as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
∎ Planning and problem solving skills.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment.
