Experience:
Shift engineers will delegate tasks to subordinate technicians and operators and oversee their performance. They also take charge of all aspects of operations during their assigned shift. They ensure work types of equipment are functioning properly and performing scheduled maintenance in a timely manner & Complete maintenance work. To maximize production efforts, shift engineers handle multiple works from other departments, and repair broken or malfunctioning machines as quickly as possible.
Maintain records during their shift, they will maintain logbooks of the work.
They are also responsible for maintaining accurate operational records.
Monitoring of operation & maintenance works in cement mills.
Follow and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Plan and supervise the production, Monitor the production process, minimize system losses, and improve efficiency.
Monitor for raw material and finished goods inventory.
Scheduling machines and coordinating with the teams to ensure maintenance, quality improvements, and minimize wastage.
Following up production schedule. Monitoring of operation & maintenance works in cement mills & related equipment.
Checking & calibrate raw materials on the feed belt.
Prepare the daily, monthly, and yearly production, raw-materials stock & Consumption, report, and Delivery report & which will be submitted to the Head of Plan.
