∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle overall compliance related issues of the factory.
∎ Handle Buyer requirements including H&M, Walmart and others
∎ Assist management to run the factories always in a state of complying with the Code of Conduct (COC) of different buyers and to comply with Local Labor Laws.
∎ Analyze existing systems and procedures to develop and formulate various policies and SOPs.
∎ Supervise and lead compliance team and prepare for various compliance certification and buyers.
∎ Look after the complicated labor issues in line with existing labor law and other government regulations as well.
∎ Implement WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Higg, FEM, FSLM, Betterwork, CTPAT Compliance requirement as well as monitoring and handling all Social audit as and when required.
∎ Keep the factory always ready for Social & Compliance audit, Buyer visit as well as Govt. official's visit.
∎ Take part in Risk Assessment, Fire Safety Assessment, Building Safety Assessment & Electrical Assessment, RSC, 90 days (NIRAPON).
∎ Taking corrective actions on the report of Auditor.
∎ Carry out Training Needs Assessment and conduct appropriate Training and employee development activities.
∎ Conduct internal audit to assess the company position in terms of social, security and fire safety standards.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representatives/ auditors' visit in the factory time to time.
∎ Assist welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities.
∎ Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure to maintain good relationship between management and workers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be well conversant with local labor laws, social compliance, C-TPAT/ SCS, & environmental compliance.
∎ Having up to date knowledge about RSC. (Accord)
∎ Should be dynamic and have good personality.
