- The applicants should have experience in the area of General H R, Compliance & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation / Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
- Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit ICS, SEDEX, HIGG WRAP, BSCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RSC/ Accord etc.
Responsibilities & Context: Maintaining all compliance related data, records, reports files, statement & register are properly prepared as per Law-2006 & Amendment-2022.
To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, Accord and Alliance Standard.
Facing buyer audits, and third-party audits (BSCI, SEDEX, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, ACCORD/ALLIANCE/RSC, Social Environment, HIGG, GTW 2.1 & CFW).regarding Social and environmental requirements by coordinating with the buyer team occasionally and preparing documentation for the buyer`s CAP.
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system.
Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer`s standards.
