Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute branding strategies for Apex Property, DMIT, and Kazi Resort to ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute marketing strategies that drive business targets and growth.
∎ Plan and implement impactful marketing campaigns across various channels to support brand objectives and revenue goals.
∎ Supervise and guide the creative team to ensure the development of high-quality, brand-consistent content and materials.
∎ Maintain strong cross-functional communication between sales, creative, and marketing teams to align efforts.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
∎ Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Plan and execute campaigns to strengthen brand equity and drive customer engagement.
∎ Monitor brand performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Key Skills:
∎ Strong experience in campaign strategy and execution.
∎ Understanding of sales-driven marketing.
∎ Ability to manage and motivate creative teams.
