Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation/ BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university. Educational background can be considered in case of experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily attendance management (attendance report, leave posting, verification / monitoring of OT work, follow up with absenteeism & late comer to control / reduce absenteeism, tardiness).
∎ Daily floor visit to monitor discipline, housekeeping, Safety & other compliance / IR Issues.
∎ Recruitment & selection of workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.
∎ Knowledge about Salary / wage administration and payroll management to ensure on time & accurate payment wages & compensation.
∎ On time settlement of bills (Wages, final settlement / ML bills, compensation and benefit)
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective ESH Management.
∎ Good Knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015 & related laws and ERP Software.
∎ Maintain & develop effective workforce through counseling, training & motivation.
∎ Support management in decision making with various records & database.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, etc.
∎ Follow-up consistently & communication via telephone, in person and email for all relevant matters with the concern person.
∎ Updated record keeping (Personal files and all HRM related data, documents).
∎ Driver and Vehicle maintaining (papers up date, log book, attendance, leave, O/T, vehicle expenses, servicing etc.
∎ To update all administrative license in relation with business activities purpose.
∎ Positive attitude towards responsibilities also self-driven, motivation and controlling power.
∎ Any other HR / Compliance / IR or related jobs as per guidance of Admin Manager.
