∎ Job Location: Reza Fashions Ltd. (Address: Gorat, Ashulia, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain Medicine stock & distribution register.
∎ To maintain Injury & Accidental register.
∎ To maintain maternity follow up register according to doctor advice.
∎ To maintain all kind of disease analysis report.
∎ To ensure First aid treatment.
∎ To maintain requisition book for medical center.
∎ To ensure childcare treatment 06 in week.
∎ To maintain BP check, Blood glucose & Temperature.
∎ Report to Medical officer & Admin department time to time.
∎ To maintain the First Aid and preliminary medical facilities in the Medical center as per the Company policy.
∎ To ensure Age verification before Recruitment.
∎ To ensure Health & safety training as per Monthly schedule.
∎ To ensure First aider certification with training document.
∎ Conduct periodic text of the drinking water sources and take necessary measures to keep the drinking water pure.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ To work as advised by the Factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Full-time (Six day in a week) (Duty Hour 8:00 am to 7:00pm)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Nurse (Garments)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
