Job Context:
∎ Reza Group is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for an experienced and skilled professional for the position of Medical Officer for its 100% export oriented garment company.
∎ Job Location: Reza Fashions Ltd. (Address: Gorat, Ashulia, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining a Medical Center in the complex.
∎ Develop a Hygienic plan for the Complex and ensure observance of the plan accordingly.
∎ Advice authority on the hygiene- development related aspects of the complex.
∎ Provide medical advises to the employees in case of need/their sicknesses.
∎ Periodically conduct medical inspections for all the employees of the complex.
∎ Conduct periodic hygienic related inspections of the following places:
∎ Dining room / Canteen, Drinking Water System / Utilities, Rest rooms and waiting room, Toilets, Drainage system, Production floor and other working places
∎ To maintain the First Aid and preliminary medical facilities in the Medical center as per the Company policy.
∎ To ensure Age verification before Recruitment.
∎ To ensure Health & safety training as per Monthly schedule.
∎ To ensure monthly sickness Analysis.
∎ To ensure First aider certification with training document.
∎ To maintain duty roster 6 days per a week.
∎ Conduct periodic text of the drinking water sources and take necessary measures to keep the drinking water pure.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ To work as advised by the Factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Full-time (Six day in a week) (Duty Hour 8:00 am to 5:00pm)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Officer (Garments)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
