Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm

• Minimum bachelor degree from any reputed University.

• 2 to 3 years

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Call center / Logistics/ Shipping / Air & Ocean experience will get priority.

• Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.

• Willingness to work in any shift/roster

• Persistent and result oriented

• Experience (1 - 2 years) in shipping/Logistics/Air Freight/BPO/Call Centre Supervision/Management will be preferred.

• Sound Computer literacy in MS office applications is must.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Serving USA clients/customers.

• Managing company`s export & import delivery transport

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation including Invoice, bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms and export documentation.

• Manage and create Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, pie charts etc to provide data visualization.

• Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of outbound shipping operations.

• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, shipping costs and other relevant documentation.

• Implement quality control measures to minimize shipping errors, discrepancies and damages, ensuring accurate and satisfactory order fulfillment for customers.

• Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.

• Work experience in Air/Sea Freight Forwarding will get priority
