1–2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics/Air Freight/BPO/Call Centre Supervision or Management preferred.
Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Employment Status: Full-time (Evening / Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and logistics services for USA-based clients.
Manage company’s export & import delivery transport operations.
Accurately prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices, bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms, and export documentation.
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, and charts to visualize and analyze operational data.
Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, shipping costs, and related documentation.
Implement quality control measures to minimize shipping errors, discrepancies, and damages, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Work as a remote/virtual executive for overseas clients.
Prior experience in Air/Sea Freight Forwarding will be given priority.
