We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – BPO with 15+ years of relevant BPO experience and a Bachelor’s degree to lead large operational teams and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring service delivery meets client KPIs and SLAs
Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational staff to maintain high performance standards
Monitor operational metrics, productivity, and quality performance, and implement corrective actions when required
Drive continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality and communication
Implement operational best practices, compliance standards, and risk management procedures
Coordinate with HR, training, and quality teams to ensure employee development and performance management
