Job Context:
∎ Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), a large local conglomerate with over 30,000 employees having nearly 45 business units, is looking an HR Professional in the portfolio of Sr. Assistant General Manager. The position would require to report to Head of HR in the aspects of HR Recruitment and HR Services of the Group.
∎ Candidate should have at least 15 years of work experience in handling HR operations of large organizations and also should have in-depth knowledge in establishing a meaningful employee oriented high performance culture in the organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is required to demonstrate leading role in handling al HR operational jobs and related complexities in efficient and timely manner and also driving all other HR initiatives as taken by the company time to time.
∎ Apart from above, it would be his key focus area to establish a meaningful employee oriented high performance culture in the organization.
