Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and purchase blank goods (garments, fabrics, or other materials) from reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of blank goods to meet production and customer demand.
∎ Collaborate with the production, design, and logistics teams to align procurement with production schedules and inventory requirements.
∎ Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Analyze market trends and stay updated on new products and innovations in the blank goods industry.
∎ Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgetary constraints.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the blank goods meet company standards.
∎ Resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies, including delayed shipments or quality concerns.
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sourcing executive to join our sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of blank goods (such as plain garments, fabrics, or other materials) to support our product manufacturing and customization processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and a keen understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.
