Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote air ticketing, visa processing services, and Hajj & Umrah packages.

  2. Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) focused on lead generation and bookings.

  3. Manage daily content and engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business).

  4. Design and publish promotional content for Hajj & Umrah seasons, visa announcements, ticket offers, and travel alerts.

  5. Optimize landing pages and website content for SEO and conversion related to travel and visa keywords.

  6. Generate and manage leads through online forms, Messenger, WhatsApp, and CRM tools, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.

  7. Coordinate with the sales and visa processing teams to ensure accurate service information and timely updates.

  8. Run remarketing campaigns to retarget interested customers for ticket sales and Umrah packages.

  9. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.

  10. Maintain and update Google Business Profile, including offers, reviews, and service updates.

  11. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and promotional materials.

  12. Track competitors’ promotions, airline offers, visa policy updates, and Umrah market trends.

  13. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
