Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve the company's business goals.

• Supervise the daily activities of team members and ensure smooth work operations.

• Provide strategic support to the sales team in achieving their sales targets.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market dynamics and assist the sales team effectively.

• Identify potential business partners while nurturing strong relationships with existing stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationship with agents, teachers, students, retailers and other stakeholders.

• Analyze competitor's activities, sales trends and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.

• Analyze monthly, quarterly & yearly sales reports.

• Ensuring efficient and effective credit & cash collection management to maximize business results.

• Timely prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports.
