Salary: BDT 20,000 + Sales Commission
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

About the Role

All Next Ver is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive who will communicate with potential clients generated through our marketing campaigns and convert them into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand digital services, and be confident in closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with leads generated from Facebook Ads, social media, and other marketing channels

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services

  • Present and sell services such as:

    • Website Development

    • Social Media Management

    • Graphic Design

    • Video Production

    • Digital Marketing Services

  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales

  • Maintain communication with prospects through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media

  • Update lead and sales information in the company CRM

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover after a sale

  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or client communication

  • Experience selling digital services or marketing services is preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, messages, and online platforms

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks

  • Willing to occasionally communicate with clients outside standard office hours when necessary
