We're hiring a Senior BDR to own the full sales cycle — from first touch to signed deal to handoff. This is a research-driven business development role, not a high-volume spray-and-pray seat. You'll find the right accounts, start real conversations, run discovery, send quotes, follow up, and close.
You'll work directly with the founders, own your pipeline end-to-end, and have real influence over how we go to market.
What You'll Own (Full Sales Cycle)
Lead Generation — Research and build targeted account lists across US/EU/AU markets. Use signals (hiring, funding, tech stack, growth) to find ideal-fit prospects
Outbound — Run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls. Personalized, not templated
Qualification — Identify decision-makers, budget, timeline, and fit before booking
Discovery Calls — Run structured discovery to uncover pain, goals, and scope
Quotation & Proposals — Build accurate quotes and proposals aligned with client needs
Follow-up — Stay on top of every deal in the pipeline. Move it forward or close it out
Deal Close — Negotiate, handle objections, and get contracts signed
Client Onboarding Handoff — Smooth transition to the delivery team with full context
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of tech sales experience, ideally B2B SaaS, agency, or IT services
Proven track record closing deals with international clients (US/EU/AU)
Experience running the full sales cycle independently — not just SDR/BDR top-of-funnel work
Strong research skills — you know how to find good accounts before touching them
Excellent written and spoken English — you can write a cold email that gets a reply and run a discovery call that builds trust
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Clay
Confident with quoting, proposals, and negotiation
Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
Willing to work shifts that overlap with US/EU time zones
Able to commute to our Banasree office daily
Bonus: experience selling design, development, or marketing services
BDT 40,000–50,000/month base + uncapped commission on closed deals
On-site role at our Banasree, Dhaka office
