Position: Telesales Executive – Web, Ecommerce & Software
Location: Banasree, Dhaka (Office-based)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to handle inbound leads and close deals for our website development, ecommerce solutions and custom software services. You will speak with interested prospects, qualify them, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients in the Bangladesh market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp and other inquiries from prospects interested in web, ecommerce and software development.

  • Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, business size and technical requirements.

  • Clearly explain our services (website development, ecommerce stores, web apps, custom software, maintenance, etc.) in simple language.

  • Prepare and present basic proposals/quotations over call/email based on client needs.

  • Negotiate pricing, discounts and scope while protecting company margins.

  • Follow up with warm leads regularly to push them towards closing.

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups and deal status in CRM or tracking tools.

  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to hand over closed deals with proper requirements.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Bangladesh client segment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales / inside sales experience in an established software / IT / web development company in Bangladesh.

  • Strong understanding of basic digital services: business websites, ecommerce stores, web applications, software development, hosting, maintenance, etc.

  • Proven experience in closing deals over phone and online meetings with Bangladeshi clients (SMEs, startups, local brands, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and good working proficiency in English (spoken & written).

  • Strong price negotiation skills and ability to handle objections confidently.

  • Comfortable working with call targets, follow-up schedules and monthly sales KPIs.

  • Basic experience using CRM / spreadsheets / email tools to track leads and deals.

Soft Skills

  • Confident, energetic and target-driven.

  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client pain points.

  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at the same time.

  • Competitive base salary (depending on experience).

  • Attractive 2% sales incentives / commission based on closed deals and target achievement.
