The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with prior marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of key initiatives, drive campaigns, and contribute to our company’s growth. You will work closely with the CEO to execute impactful strategies, enhance our brand visibility, and ensure we deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve business goals.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Use insights to position Smart Air Bangladesh as the leading brand in air quality solutions.

  • Customer Analysis & Engagement:

  • Segment and analyze customer data to identify key target audiences and inform campaign decisions.

  • Develop detailed customer profiles based on demographics, behaviors, and psychographics.

  • Conduct customer interviews and outreach to gather insights and feedback for campaigns.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Optimization:

  • Optimize product listings, promotions, and visibility on Daraz, WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms.

  • Support website content updates, maintenance, and SEO optimization to improve organic traffic.

  • Collaborate with social media agencies to manage content calendars, monitor engagement, and enhance brand presence.

Advanced Digital Strategy:

  • Expand into performance marketing, growth hacking, and automation for efficiency.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and represent Smart Air Bangladesh at trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and build partnerships.

  • Coordinate with vendors to develop marketing collateral, including flyers and promotional materials.

Content Development:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, articles, and social media content for campaigns across different platforms (newspaper, Facebook, Daraz).

  • Support planning and execution of Facebook & Google Ads and other paid marketing initiatives.

High Impact Partnerships:

  • Engage with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders for thought leadership and brand credibility.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Overseeing junior marketers or collaborating with external teams to scale marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Daraz, Woocommerce) and SEO tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with social media and marketing agencies is a plus.
