Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement organic marketing strategies to grow the brand presence of Prodhan.com
Plan and publish high-quality social media posts that attract and engage the target audience
Generate creative and trending content ideas related to products, campaigns, and customer interests
Manage and grow Facebook pages, groups, and other social media platforms organically
Increase page reach, engagement, and follower growth through consistent content and community interaction
Research and apply current social media trends and viral marketing strategies
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to produce impactful campaigns
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions
Support product promotion and brand awareness initiatives across digital platforms
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in organic social media marketing or e-commerce marketing will be highly preferred
Proven experience in growing social media pages and engagement organically
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies
Creative mindset with the ability to generate quality content ideas
Good knowledge of Bangladeshi digital audience behavior and trends
Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital communication
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
