Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Software Sales who will be responsible for generating software sales and managing the sales team. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our software business by developing new clients and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for our software products and services
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Develop and implement sales strategies Identify potential clients and create new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
3+ years experience in software sales or IT product sales
Experience in team management will be an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
