·         Identify and target potential clients for flexible packaging products to expand the company’s market presence.

·         Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase sales.

·         Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

·         Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

·         Arrange and conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to strengthen business relationships and build loyalty.

·         Follow up with non-responsive or non-moving clients to recover outstanding payments or credits.

·         Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize overdue payments.

·         Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper monitoring and timely recovery of outstanding funds.

·         Prepare reports on client development, market activities, and credit recovery status for management review.
