∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
∎ Strong ability to write and verbally communicate effectively in English.
∎ Previous experience within the fashion and apparel industry.
∎ Ideas about screen-print, sublimation, embroidery, etc.
∎ Knowledge of Sports (hockey, baseball, lacrosse, etc....)
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∎ Always have to stay active and online during office hours.
∎ The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and design assets, logo redraws, Mockups, technical packages, and more, based on design briefs.
∎ Manage creative requests for various projects and take initiatives as required as well as work with and understand brand guidelines.
∎ Actively participate by offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
∎ Be readily available for E-mail, Phone calls, and Meetings.
∎ Ensures that all visual materials align with the company's brand image and objectives
∎ Work closely with the Graphics Manager, graphic designers and sales team
∎ Consistently deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
∎ Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to all deadlines.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Graphics Designer (Apparel) is responsible for logo redraws, Mockups, technical packages, and more, based on design briefs. Manage creative requests for various projects and take initiatives as required as well as. Work with and understand brand guidelines. Actively participate by offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
