Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Power, Solar Energy

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Power, Solar Energy

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Must be sincere, responsible, and hardworking.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving ability is preferred.

• Field visit flexibility is required.

1. Supervise solar PV system installation for rooftop, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.

2. Coordinate with project teams, vendors, technicians, and clients during implementation.

3. Ensure installation work is completed according to approved design, drawings, BOQ, and project timeline.

4. Support solar panel mounting, inverter installation, cable laying, earthing, protection system, and DB connection activities.

5. Conduct site surveys and collect required technical data for project execution.

6. Assist in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of solar systems.

7. Prepare daily work progress reports, site reports, and installation documentation.

8. Ensure safety standards and quality control during project implementation.

9. Communicate with clients and internal teams for smooth project completion.

10. Support after-sales service, maintenance, and technical issue resolution when required.
