Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced EEE Engineer for Solar Projects with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in Bangladesh. The candidate must have strong knowledge of rooftop, industrial, and grid-connected solar systems, including net metering compliance with SREDA, BPDB, and local distribution utilities (DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WZPDCL).
Key Responsibilities
Design and size grid-tied, net-metering, and hybrid PV systems with complete technical drawings and yield analysis.
Conduct rooftop surveys, structural and shading analysis, and prepare feasibility, CAPEX, and payback reports.
Supervise installation, ensure code compliance, perform commissioning tests, and achieve grid synchronization.
Manage net-metering approvals and coordinate with utilities and regulatory authorities for compliance.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot faults, plan maintenance, and handle OEM warranty claims.
Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals, and client performance reports.
