∎ Shatarupa Group, a growing textile reputable and highly regarded business conglomerate at Islampur (Old Dhaka) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Software - Engineer (ERP & Business Automation Wing).
∎ We seek for a leader as well as team player who can develop our ERP software as well as make the software suitable for professional use in our organization and submit reports from time to time to the higher management and define a practical progressive roadmap to scale our business to higher levels and implement thereon.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
∎ Provide core features with extensive customization coverage, ensuring high-end quality.
∎ Analyze, design and develop dynamic ERP software with database connectivity.
∎ Analyze to improve on processes to make existing program more successful than the last and build a future-proof ERP system, enhance efficiency and improve quality.
∎ Update and manage ERP System - Order Management, Inventory, Production Management & ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
∎ Generate sales, inventory, stock reports & keep an up-to-date document on inventory of all products & software system and Report to superior.
∎ Data entry on ERP, CRM, Business Application projects from existing sources.
∎ Design as well as develop but also capable to work alone when required.
∎ Assisting Superior of the Department with all aspects of software design and coding.
∎ Web Application Development (using Laravel and PHP) & brainstorming the conceptual design for new & existing projects. (will be preferred)
∎ Overcome critical technical challenges with supervision specifically with Laravel, MySQL, Ajax and PHP. (will be preferred)
∎ Strong problem solving with coding skills are essential and debugging the project codes and fixes the bugs. (will be preferred)
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in PHP, Laravel and other tools.
∎ Assist in implementing and executing data backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of critical data.
∎ Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems and fix issues raised on testing.
∎ Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
