Responsibilities & Context:
Design and implement soft skills training modules tailored for staffs.
Conduct regular training/workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, stress management, and teamwork.
Use real time scenarios to create interactive, practical training module.
Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and coordination with department heads.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements.
Provide one-on-one coaching when necessary.
Collaborate with HR and Quality teams to align training with service standards.
Maintain training records and generate periodic reports.
