∎ Job Purpose:
∎ PGs will assist the patients and attendants in all OPD areas, nursing service units, Diagnostic service units, Radiology & Imaging unit and other service units as identified by management
∎ Key Responsibility Areas:
∎ Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors at the facility. Assist to carry personal belongings of the patients.
∎ Having clear and full knowledge of the process flow of the facility and Organizations’ service offerings.
∎ Maintain professional and friendly rapport with patients, visitors, and staff.
∎ Able to exhibit empathy while dealing with suffering patients.
∎ Excellent skills in emergency and stressful situations.
∎ Help patients to move around and communicate.
∎ Be courteous, polite and maintain a well-groomed appearance and maintain dress guidelines. Visibly wearing the photo/ name identification badge as well as maintain standards of basic good hygiene.
∎ Abiding by the behavioral standards set by Organization’s.
∎ Respond to all enquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
∎ Work independently as well as in a team in the spirit of teamwork.
∎ Performs all other tasks as required by the department
∎ OPD Area Work requirement:
∎ Receive patients, guide and transport them to various locations within HUB.
∎ Transport and assist patients to and from different service areas, diagnostic areas.
∎ Assist patients in transporting to and from the consultant room.
∎ Collects and transports reports from the data entry office to the report delivery counter.
∎ Take feedback from the patient after completion of the service.
∎ Technical Skills/Knowledge:
∎ Business/Commercial Knowledge
∎ Courtesy in customer handling
∎ Good Communication skill in Bangla and
∎ English.
∎ Basic understanding of English language
∎ IT Skills:
∎ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and
∎ Internet Applications.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Empathy

∎ Feedback skill

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Minimum 0-2 years of experience
∎ Preferably in Healthcare industry experience
