Additional Requirements:

Graduation in business discipline from a top ranked UGC approved University.
Working knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word, Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate sourcing, shortlisting and communication.
Organize and coordinate written tests, interviews or applicable assessments.
Facilitate new joiner’s onboarding and register information in the system.
Track, update and execute employment transitional related work, e.g. probationary assessment, transfer, separation etc.
Draft and issue letters as applicable.
Support in yearly performance assessment, updating JDs and various HR audits.
Maintain employee’s database in system, personal files and other records in an effective and efficient manner.
Support to arrange HR events- e.g., sports tournaments, New Year's programs, etc.
