- Excellent proficiency in Bengali and English; Benglish writing ability is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Bangladeshi digital behavior, sports culture, and trending content styles.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging, market-relevant ideas.
- Strong analytical skills for social media insights and performance tracking.
- Working knowledge of:
- Meta Business Suite
- WhatsApp/Telegram broadcast tools
- Canva / Photoshop (basic)
- Buffer, Later, Notion, Google Sheets
- AI content tools (added advantage)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop monthly social media plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage brand-specific posting schedules across social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X, and WhatsApp.
- Identify trending topics & cultural events relevant to the Bangladeshi audience.
Content Creation
- Create engaging Bengali–English (Benglish) captions, promotional materials, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate with designers and AI tools to develop visuals, reels, and short videos.
- Localize content to suit Bangladeshi culture, humor, and digital trends.
- Manage daily content for Telegram and WhatsApp communities.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, inbox messages, and customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Moderate and grow Telegram and WhatsApp groups to encourage active conversation.
- Collaborate with relevant influencers, content creators, and micro-celebrities.
Performance & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly insights and detailed monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content and strategies based on analytics and market behavior.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with CRM, Paid Media, Creative, and Affiliate teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and brand marketing regulations.
