Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical equipment sector (Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and attract potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Formulate and implement action plans to achieve sales and collection targets set by management.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Effectively handle field-level challenges and critical situations.
- Keep updated on competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Possess clear knowledge of pre-sales and after-sales service support.
- Maintain and update sales databases and reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Review post-implementation feedback and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
