• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment, Diagnostic Centre

• Only Male

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical equipment sector (Have knowledge on Ultrasound Machine is preferable).

• Identify and engage potential clients to assess technical and service requirements.
• Handle field-level technical and operational challenges efficiently.
• Analyze maintenance needs based on machine breakdown history and maintenance logs.
• Ensure proper knowledge of pre-sales and after-sales service support.
• Develop maintenance schedules based on repair history and pending service requirements.
• Willingness to work in shifts (Day/Night) as required.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of essential spare parts.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical solutions through site visits and meetings.
• Prepare cost estimations and budgets.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all service and sales activities.
• Perform any other task assigned by the authority.
