Responsibilities & Context:
  • Have strongly knowledge & experience about bakery products as a Brand Manager

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals

  • Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events)

  • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning

  • Contributing to new product development by providing market research and consumer insights 

  • Overseeing the design and development of product packaging and in-store display

  • Managing and allocating budgets for brand-related initiatives

  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and market trends to inform brand decisions

  • Research and determine product weaknesses and to be modified

  • Develop effective product positioning in the market

  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

  • Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly

  • Work closely with concerned team
