∎ Lead new outlet launch planning and execution

∎ Analyze market and competitor trends
∎ Build and manage relationships with media, vendors, and promotional partners
∎ Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all locations
∎ Supervise and mentor the sales and marketing team
∎ Report directly to the Director with regular performance updates
∎ Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management
∎ Assurance Farm Cafe, a fast-growing food & beverage chain under Assurance Moni Group, is aiming to establish 30+ outlets across Dhaka. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager—Sales & Marketing to lead our expansion, marketing strategy, and outlet performance across the region.
