Responsibilities & Context:
  • Define and strengthen the brand vision, purpose, and market positioning across all product categories

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand and marketing strategies

  • Create and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

  • Define and maintain the brand's positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.

  • Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity, packaging, and communications. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of local marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, advertising, and other promotional assets.

  • Manage digital channels, such as social media, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners. 

  • Work with product development teams to align marketing efforts with new product launches and market demands.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content, channels, and spend.

  • Manage marketing budgets and report on sales results and productivity

  • Ensure all marketing communication and packaging  adhere to legal, regulatory, and brand standards.

  • Ensure successful product launches through coordinated marketing and trade activation plans.

  • Work closely with concerned team

  • Any other work assigned by Management
