Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall sales & marketing activities of assigned depot.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Expand battery trade business in new and existing markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure proper stock management and depot inventory control.
Supervise sales team and monitor field activities.
Plan promotional campaigns and trade offers.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
Prepare sales reports and submit to management regularly.
