Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 27 years
  • Only Male

1. at least have high school diploma 
2. basic english / bengali speaking and writing 
3. basic knowledge on how to use PC, like typing skills and etc
4. age between 22-27
5. have positive attitude and follow instructions 
6. effective communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability are crucial
7. working experience, if have any customer service experience will be priority
8. must have computer or laptop (used for pre-training session)
9. must have private room and headphones are required for the pre-training session
10. Application fee is 150k BDT (includes visa, medical, and flight). Need to pay 100k first to confirm your flight ticket
11. Relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka
12. Have to work up to 8 / 9 hours daily, 6 days per week, day off is based on weekly
13. 24 hours operation, have to follow shift rotation based on working schedule, typically 3 different shift (morning, afternoon and night)

Job Description-
1.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2.Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
